Extended Day Program

Extended care is available for students K-5th grade, Monday through Friday, when school is in session.  Every parent needing the service of the Extended Day Program must have his/her child enrolled in the program.  In order to be enrolled, you must complete the Extended Day Program Enrollment Form and submit your $25.00 Registration Fee (per child). Space is limited and students will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis. Fees for this service are paid WEEKLY and you pay only for the days this service is used.

Extended Care Rates

Morningcare:

• $30.00 per week.  Available from 6:45-7:45am on the Lower School campus.

Aftercare:

• Cost is $20.00 per day, or $80.00 per week.  Available from 2:20-5:30 p.m.
• A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be applied and must be paid in cash at time of pick up.

All prices are per child, sibling discounts are not applicable. (The full daily rate will apply regardless of the amount of time spent.)

If there are children  not picked up on time after school, they will be brought to after school care. Parents will be charged a $20.00 drop off fee and a $25.00 registration fee. 

Prepay Options:

Morningcare: $800.00 or Aftercare: $2,300.00

Payment is due by July 31.  NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN
