I graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in Elementary Education. I have twenty-one years experience in teaching and administration in Massachusetts. I taught two years if second grade here at Morningside Academy, and I spent one year as the assistant principal. This is my twenty-sixth year in education.
My husband, Gary, and I have two sons. Jonathan who is twenty-four years old is a graduate of Clearwater College. He is married and lives in Attleboro, Massachusetts. James is eighteem years old and will be earning his BA from the University of Central Florida. His degree will be in Pre-Law with a minor in Journalism.
The thing that I love most about teaching at Morningside is the opportunity to teach the children about Jesus through fun, exciting Bible devotionals. What impressed me the most about Morningside Academy was the Christ-like hearts of the administration and teaching staff. My hobbies are puzzle making and framing, reading, and gardening.
My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."
