I graduated from Rhode IslandCollege with a BA in Elementary Education. I have twenty-one years experience in teaching and administration in Massachusetts. I have completed five years of teaching and administration here at MorningsideAcademy. This is my twenty-seventh year in Christian Education. I also direct the AWANA K-2 program on Wednesday nights at this church.
My family moved to Port Saint Lucie in June of 2005. Gary and I have two sons. Jonathan lives in Massachusetts with his wife. Jonathan graduated from ClearwaterChristianCollege with a degree in Biblical Studies. James graduated from high school with his Associate Degree from Indian River State College. He will be completing his degree in Journalism at the University of Central Florida. I also have an adorable little dog named Cookie.
God has given me a great desire to teach His Word in an exciting manner. Bible is my favorite time of the day. I enjoy teaching Old Testament stories with vibrant enthusiasm. It is my prayer that each child will acquire that hunger for the Word of our Lord. It is a privilege for me to be used by God here at MorningsideAcademy. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to co-labor with you in the spiritual training and academic progress of God’s little lambs.
My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."
