About Me: Mrs. Cunningham
I am very excited to be heading up this year's fundraising events. Mrs. Relle will continue to work with the box tops and Campbell's Soup labels. In addition to my fundraising duties, I will also be teaching lower school PE classes. I very much look forward to educating the K-5 students about how to be healthy. I graduated from Springfield College in Massachusetts with a BS in Physical Education. My husband of fourteen years, John, and I began our education career teaching for five years at a Junior Boarding school in Connecticut. In 2001, I began teaching at Morningside. My three beautiful children are: John, 11; Karoline, 10; and Karlee, 6. They all have attended MA since Pre-K3. I enjoy teaching at Morningside Academy because I am allowed to show the correlation between the bodies God gave us and the benefits of keeping our bodies healthy in order to honor God. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband. We are quite busy with the kids' sports: baseball, swimming, and soccer. Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight." These are my favorite Scripture verses.
