About Me: Mrs. Sabatino
Let me introduce myself. My husband, Dan, and I have lived in the Port St. Lucie area for the last four years. We have been married sixteen years. We have two children, Danny, who is in sixth grade, and Joseph, who is in first grade this year. This year will mark the beginning of my fifth year teaching at the academy. My husband and I are regular attendees of Worship Loud on Saturday night and feel like we have been a part of Morningside forever. I feel very fortunate to be teaching at Morningside Academy.
I was born in the Chicago area, and my family lived there until I was ten. We lived in New Jersey for three years and finally settled in Miami. I have one sister who has two boys as well. I attended Stetson University and graduated with a BA in Elementary Education. In my spare time I enjoy watching the Bears and Dolphins, painting, reading mysteries, and sci-fi.
My life verse is Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." I hope to help my students realize this truth this year also. My number one goal for this year is to help the students in my class develop a closer relationship with their heavenly Father through Jesus Christ.
